Relationship managers were juggling five separate systems to service a single client. We consolidated them into one workspace with a shared design system, type-safe data contracts, and an audit trail that satisfies the bank’s regulatory obligations.
We embedded with the bank’s team for nine months, shipping to production every two weeks. By the second sprint, managers had stopped opening the legacy tools entirely.
The result: client onboarding time dropped by more than half, and the platform now backs every corporate interaction the bank has.
